As part of the cross-border cooperation project, Klobouky u Brna became our partner city. A picturesque South Moravian town, which, like the town of Senica, stood on the trade route from Prague to Buda in the Middle Ages known as the "Czech Way". It was this topic that connected us and the town of Klobouky u Brna completely reconstructed their own museum.
The Municipal Museum in Klobouky near Brno is one of the oldest museums in Moravia. It was officially opened to the public on October 2, 1907.
Visitors to the museum can view the rich museum collection in four permanent exhibitions, which are dedicated to the medieval "Czech Way", important personalities, archeology and traditional folk culture. The museum has a number of interactive elements for the visitor and children and adults will enjoy discovering history.
